The new hopper adds another 13# of capacity in addition to the original hopper. The bucket maxes out at about 26# of grist.
The first batch of homebrewed beer was brewed at Brown Dog Brewery, October 13th, 1991. An extract batch, then extract with steeping grains and on to all grain. The brewery has gone through a few changes over the years, which I hope to document in this Blog.
